Who is responsible

- You need no account to read prices and news, and we ask for no personal details.
- We store no IP addresses.
- Google Analytics loads only if you accept it.
- We sell no data, show no personalised ads, build no profiles and make no automated decisions about you.
What we process and why

Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. Hosting, page delivery, security. The site’s database, with the comments and visit counts, is kept in European Union data centres.
- Google Ireland Limited. Email (Google Workspace) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics.
- We do not sell or give data to anyone else, unless a competent authority requires it under the law.
- Cloudflare and Google have parent companies in the USA. Any transfer outside the EU is covered by GDPR safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
- Access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, especially where the basis is legitimate interest.
- Withdrawing consent for Analytics at any time, in "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
- Write to info@agroprices.gr. We answer within one month.
- You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Security
The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Administration is password-protected. Comment fingerprints cannot be turned back into an IP address.
Children
Agroprices.gr is meant for people who work in farming and is not intended for children under 15.
